A Mexican version of a Twinkie!
A gansito is basically a Mexican Twinkie. It's a sponge cake filled with strawberry jam, white cream, all covered in chocolate and chocolate sprinkles. This is the base of our gelatin batter along with a hint of strawberry and hazelnut spread. This Gansito gelatin flavor is creamy, fast to make and will definitely have your taste buds asking for more!

Since becoming a mom, I have declined multiple baking orders in my community because baking and decorating take up time. Time that I no longer have to fully devote to my orders.
This is one of the reasons I decided to introduce gelatins to my community. Gelatins require ZERO baking. You make the batter, put them in the fridge, let them set, add your toppings and you're done!
